Privacy Policy

At USAPastime your personal infomation given at the time of order is not sold or shared to any third party organizations.
This information is used soley to process your order. Occasionally we use a vendor who will provide customer order fullfillment. The information given to them will only be your shipping address.  If the item is shipped via frieght your phone number will be given to the freight company soley for the pupose of contacting you for delivery.

Shipping

Shipping costs are 14%  of the order total. There is a minimum shipping charge of $7.95. Most items ship UPS. Street addresses will be needed for all orders, no PO Boxes, or APO/FPO. Shipping prices quoted are to the continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii will be additional. For items listed as truck delivery a phone number will be required so the shipping company can contact you for delivery.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days from the time of order.  Please email us to receive a RMA number (return merchandise authorization).  All merchandise must be in the original packaging and unused.  Include a copy of your receipt with the return to assure proper credit.  Purchase price will be refunded, however shipping charges are not refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made with in 24 hours from time of order.  Unfortunately cancellations can not be made after that time frame.  We pride ourselves on fast shipping, so orders may already be shipped after 24  hours.
